Terms and Conditions – Marigold Floral Wedding Mantapa

By booking the Marigold Floral Wedding Mantapa with Anil Events Bangalore, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation

The event date will be reserved only after receiving the agreed advance payment. Enquiries, quotations, reference-image discussions and verbal confirmations do not constitute a confirmed booking.

2. Payment Terms

The remaining balance must be paid before installation begins or according to the payment schedule stated in the approved quotation. Delayed payment may affect the installation or completion of the decoration.

3. Package Inclusions

Only the mantapa structure, flowers, fabric, seating, lighting and services specifically mentioned in the approved quotation are included.

Entrance decoration, pathway décor, welcome boards, wedding garlands, additional furniture, sound systems, traditional accessories and other services will be charged separately unless included in writing.

4. Design Approval

The customer must approve the mantapa design, dimensions, flower colours, fabric combination, seating arrangement and other major decorative elements before materials are arranged.

Changes requested after approval are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

5. Reference Images

Website and reference photographs are provided for design guidance only. The completed decoration may vary depending on stage dimensions, venue conditions, flower availability, lighting, materials and the selected package.

6. Fresh-Flower Variations

Fresh marigold and other flowers are natural and seasonal products. Their colour, size, shape, freshness and appearance may vary. Minor wilting or colour changes caused by weather, heat, transportation or extended event duration will not be considered defects.

7. Flower Availability

Specific flower varieties and shades are subject to market and seasonal availability. If a selected flower is unavailable, a suitable alternative of comparable appearance and value may be used after informing the customer whenever reasonably possible.

8. Artificial-Flower Option

When an artificial or mixed-flower package is selected, premium reusable decorative flowers may be used. Minor differences in colour, size, texture and arrangement from reference photographs may occur.

9. Venue Measurements

The customer must provide accurate stage measurements, venue photographs, location details, event timings and access information. Additional materials or work required because of incorrect or incomplete information may be charged separately.

10. Venue Permission

The customer is responsible for obtaining permission from the venue management, apartment association, property owner or relevant authority for installation, decoration, electrical work and dismantling.

11. Installation Access

Timely access must be provided for unloading, installation and dismantling. Delays caused by venue restrictions, security clearance, unavailable lifts, parking problems, other vendors or customer-side arrangements may affect completion.

12. Fixing and Structural Restrictions

The customer must inform Anil Events Bangalore in advance if drilling, taping, tying or attaching materials to walls, ceilings, floors or existing structures is prohibited.

Freestanding structures or additional support systems required because of venue restrictions may involve extra charges.

13. Safety and Structural Adjustments

Anil Events Bangalore may modify the size, placement or construction of the mantapa when necessary for safety or to suit venue conditions. Emergency exits, fire-safety equipment and guest movement areas must not be blocked.

14. Stage and Venue Readiness

The stage and installation area must be clean, empty, accessible and ready at the agreed time. Delays caused by incomplete stage construction, ongoing venue work or obstruction by other vendors may result in additional labour or waiting charges.

15. Electricity and Lighting

The customer or venue must provide a safe and reliable electricity supply near the decoration area. Generator backup, additional wiring, electrical distribution and special lighting requirements are chargeable unless included in the quotation.

16. Outdoor Events

For outdoor installations, the customer must arrange suitable weather protection. Anil Events Bangalore is not responsible for damage, delay or changes caused by rain, wind, extreme heat, waterlogging or other weather conditions.

Additional reinforcement, waterproof covering or emergency relocation will be charged separately when required.

17. Rental Materials

The mantapa structure, furniture, artificial flowers, fabrics, lighting and decorative accessories remain the property of Anil Events Bangalore and are supplied only on a rental basis unless otherwise stated.

18. Damage or Loss

The customer is responsible for loss, theft or damage to rented materials caused by guests, children, venue staff, other vendors or unauthorised persons. Repair or replacement costs will be charged separately.

19. Customer and Guest Safety

Guests and children must not climb, pull, move or interfere with the mantapa structure, floral strings, lighting, furniture or other decorative materials.

Anil Events Bangalore will not be responsible for incidents resulting from misuse, unauthorised handling or disregard of safety instructions.

20. Event-Time Changes

Changes requested during or immediately before the event are subject to available materials, labour and time. Any additional work will be charged separately.

21. Photography and Promotional Use

Anil Events Bangalore may photograph or record the completed decoration for portfolio, website and social-media purposes. Customers who require complete privacy must inform us in writing before the event.

22. Cancellation and Postponement

The booking advance is non-refundable once materials, flowers, labour or transportation have been arranged.

Postponement is subject to availability on the revised date. Any increase in flower prices, transport costs, venue requirements or labour charges must be paid by the customer.

23. Force Majeure

Anil Events Bangalore will not be responsible for delay, modification or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, transport disruptions, venue closure, natural disasters or emergencies.

24. Dismantling and Collection

The customer must allow access for dismantling and collection at the agreed time. Additional waiting, storage or return-transport charges may apply if timely access is not provided.

25. Final Acceptance

Payment of the booking advance confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the approved quotation, package inclusions, design details and these terms and conditions.
