    • A continuous and reliable electricity supply is mandatory to complete the decoration within the scheduled time.
    • A minimum installation area of 12 feet in length and 10 feet in height is required for this décor setup. Final suitability is subject to venue inspection or the measurements provided by the customer.
    • The customer or venue must provide a safe and suitable ladder if required for installation and dismantling.
    • Sufficient setup time and uninterrupted venue access must be provided before the event. Delays caused by restricted access, other vendors or venue-related issues may affect completion.
    • The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary venue permissions, approvals, copyrights and authorisations required for the decoration.
    • This décor can be customised for different occasions. It is especially suitable for Sangeet, Engagement and Wedding Reception celebrations.
    • Optional additions such as a personalised welcome board and entrance draping can be arranged at an additional cost.
    • The package does not include the stage platform, carpet, chairs, tables or other furniture arrangements unless specifically mentioned in the approved quotation.
    • Fresh-flower varieties, colours and quantities are subject to seasonal and market availability. Suitable alternatives may be suggested when the requested flowers are unavailable.
    • Transportation, loading, unloading, toll, parking and outstation charges are not included in the package unless specifically mentioned in writing.
    • Additional materials, labour, equipment or services requested beyond the approved package will be charged separately.
