Terms and Conditions – Royal South Indian Heritage Floral Mantapa
By booking the Royal South Indian Heritage Floral Mantapa with Anil Events Bangalore, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking Confirmation
The event date will be reserved only after receiving the agreed advance payment. Enquiries, quotations, reference-image discussions and verbal confirmations do not constitute a confirmed booking.
2. Payment Terms
The remaining balance must be paid before installation begins or according to the payment schedule mentioned in the approved quotation. Delayed payment may affect the installation or completion of the decoration.
3. Package Inclusions
Only the mantapa size, structure, flowers, furniture, lighting, accessories and services specifically mentioned in the approved quotation are included. Entrance decoration, pathway décor, welcome boards, garlands, sound systems, additional seating and other services will be charged separately unless included in writing.
4. Design Approval
The customer must approve the mantapa design, dimensions, pillar style, floral colours, seating and major decorative elements before materials are arranged. Changes requested after approval are subject to availability and additional charges.
5. Reference Images
Website and reference photographs are provided for design guidance only. The completed mantapa may differ slightly because of venue dimensions, flower availability, lighting, structural requirements and the selected package.
6. Heritage Mantapa Structure
The carved pillars and other heritage components are decorative rental structures. Minor differences in carving, finish, colour, size and appearance may occur depending on the available inventory.
7. Fresh-Flower Variations
Fresh flowers are seasonal products and may vary in colour, size, variety and appearance. If a selected flower is unavailable, Anil Events Bangalore may use a suitable alternative of similar appearance or value.
8. Artificial-Flower Option
When an artificial-flower package is selected, premium reusable flowers and foliage may be used. Minor differences from reference photographs are possible.
9. Natural Materials
Banana plants, coconut leaves, mango leaves and other natural materials may differ in colour, size, shape and texture. Minor tears, folds, drying and colour changes are natural and will not be considered defects.
10. Venue Measurements
The customer must provide accurate stage measurements, ceiling height, entrance width, venue photographs, location details and installation restrictions. Additional work resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may be charged separately.
11. Venue Permission
The customer is responsible for obtaining permission from the wedding hall, convention centre, hotel, resort, temple, apartment association, property owner or relevant authority before installation.
12. Installation Access
The customer must provide timely access for unloading, installation and dismantling. Delays caused by security restrictions, unavailable lifts, insufficient parking, other vendors or venue management may affect completion.
13. Structural and Fixing Restrictions
The customer must inform us if drilling, tying, taping or attaching materials to the stage, walls, ceiling or floor is prohibited. Alternative freestanding supports or additional structural arrangements may involve extra charges.
14. Safety Requirements
The mantapa must not block emergency exits, fire-safety equipment, staircases or guest movement. Anil Events Bangalore may modify the size, placement or design when necessary to maintain structural and public safety.
15. Stage Strength and Space
The customer or venue management must ensure that the stage is level, stable and capable of safely supporting the mantapa, furniture, ceremonial items and people participating in the rituals.
16. Electrical Supply
The venue or customer must provide safe and sufficient electrical connections for decorative lights and equipment. Generator or additional power arrangements will be charged separately unless included in the quotation.
17. Ceremonial Space
The customer must inform us in advance about the space required for the priest, bride, groom, parents, sacred fire and wedding rituals. Changes requested after installation may not always be possible.
18. Fire and Homa Safety
Any homa, havan, candles, lamps or open flames must be supervised by the customer, priest and venue management. A safe distance must be maintained from flowers, fabrics, leaves, electrical equipment and decorative structures.
19. Outdoor Installation
Outdoor mantapa installations are subject to weather conditions. Rain, wind, heat and other environmental factors may affect flowers, fabrics, leaves, lighting and structures. Weatherproofing and backup arrangements must be agreed upon separately.
20. Additional Requirements
Any materials, labour, transportation or services requested beyond the approved quotation will be charged additionally and supplied subject to availability.
21. Damage or Loss
The customer is responsible for loss, theft, misuse or damage to rented pillars, furniture, lamps, props, lights, structures and accessories caused by guests, children, venue staff or other vendors. Repair or replacement charges may apply.
22. Event Timings
The booking applies only to the date and timings mentioned in the quotation. Extended usage, overnight retention, delayed programmes or changes in installation and dismantling timings may involve additional charges.
23. Cancellation and Postponement
Advance payments are generally non-refundable because the event date, materials and labour are reserved after confirmation. Postponement or date changes are subject to team and material availability and may involve additional charges.
24. Force Majeure
Anil Events Bangalore will not be responsible for delays or non-performance caused by severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, accidents, venue closure, power failure, natural disasters or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
25. Photography and Promotional Use
Anil Events Bangalore may photograph or record the completed mantapa for its website, portfolio and social-media promotions. Customers who do not permit promotional use must inform us in writing before the event.
26. Final Inspection
Once installation is completed, the customer or authorised representative must inspect the mantapa. Any concern must be reported immediately so that reasonable corrections can be attempted before the ceremony begins.
27. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of the booking advance confirms that the customer has read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and all details stated in the approved quotation.
