Ananda Farms Resort Booking – Terms & Conditions

Anil Events Bangalore

Welcome to Anil Events Bangalore. We provide resort booking assistance and end-to-end event coordination for celebrations at Ananda Farms, subject to availability and the services agreed with each customer.

By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

• All resort bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the resort or the authorised booking provider.
• Customers must provide the event date, expected guest count, event type, duration and required services.
• A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment and written confirmation have been received.
• A quotation or availability enquiry alone does not guarantee a reservation.
• Resort booking and event decoration services may have separate confirmations and payment terms.

2. Advance Payment – 30%

• A 30% advance payment of the quoted Anil Events Bangalore event-service amount is required to confirm decoration and event management services.
• Resort accommodation, venue rental and other resort charges may have a separate advance payment requirement.
• The applicable advance amount and payment recipient will be specified in the quotation or booking confirmation.
• Advance payments will be adjusted against the total agreed charges.

3. Balance Payment

• The remaining balance for Anil Events Bangalore event management and decoration services must be paid at least 3 days before the event date.
• Resort booking balances must be paid according to the resort’s confirmed payment schedule.
• Additional services, guest requirements or changes to the approved quotation may incur extra charges.
• Any additional charges must be communicated to the customer before the additional service is confirmed.

4. Payment Recipient

Depending on the service selected, payment may be made to Anil Events Bangalore or directly to Ananda Farms.

• Payments to Anil Events Bangalore: Apply to the event management, decoration and other services expressly listed in our quotation.
• Payments to Ananda Farms: Apply to resort bookings or facilities charged directly by the resort.
• Third-party services: Catering, entertainment, equipment rental and other services may be payable to the relevant provider if agreed in advance.

Customers will be informed of the applicable payment recipient before payment. Please retain your payment receipts and booking confirmation.

Anil Events Bangalore cannot promise or independently process a refund for money paid directly to the resort or another provider. Such refunds must be requested from the relevant recipient and are subject to the applicable terms and law.

5. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through WhatsApp or email.

For services contracted directly with Anil Events Bangalore, cancellation charges will be assessed according to the notice period, work already completed, materials purchased, vendor commitments and other reasonable, documented costs.

• More than 15 days before the event: Eligible payments will be refunded after deducting reasonable, documented non-recoverable costs and the value of work already completed.
• 8–15 days before the event: Refunds will be calculated after accounting for completed work, materials purchased and non-cancellable vendor commitments.
• 4–7 days before the event: Higher cancellation charges may apply where preparation, purchases or vendor commitments cannot reasonably be cancelled or recovered.
• Within 3 days of the event: Charges may include completed work and reasonable, documented non-recoverable costs or commitments. These may amount to the full contracted service price where justified by the actual costs and applicable law.

Any cancellation fee or other charge specifically agreed in the booking confirmation will be applied only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Charges will not be imposed arbitrarily or used to create an unfair penalty.

For resort bookings, the resort’s cancellation policy will apply to amounts paid directly to the resort, subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed at booking.

6. Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds will be calculated after reviewing the payments received, services already delivered, reasonable non-recoverable expenses and applicable cancellation terms.
• Refunds due from Anil Events Bangalore will normally be processed within 7–10 business days after the amount has been determined and approved.
• Refunds from Ananda Farms or other service providers will be processed by the relevant provider according to its applicable policy and processing time.
• Where a booking is cancelled by the relevant service provider, customers will be informed of the available refund or alternative arrangements.
• No term in this policy excludes a refund, remedy or other right required under applicable Indian law.

7. Rescheduling and Date Changes

• Requests to change an event date are subject to availability and written approval.
• Customers should request a date change as early as possible.
• Revised venue rates, vendor charges, material costs or other additional expenses may apply and will be communicated before confirmation.
• Rescheduling is not guaranteed, especially during peak dates, holidays or periods of limited availability.
• If rescheduling is not possible, the applicable cancellation and refund policy will apply.

8. Resort Facilities and Guest Rules

• Accommodation, food, swimming pool access, parking, check-in/check-out times, guest capacity and other facilities are subject to the resort’s actual offerings and policies.
• Customers should confirm the facilities included in their booking before making payment.
• Extra guests, extended hours or additional facilities may incur extra charges.
• Customers and guests must follow venue safety requirements, permitted timings and restrictions on music, food, decorations and activities.
• Anil Events Bangalore does not guarantee facilities that have not been confirmed by the resort.

9. Decoration and Event Services

• Only services and items listed in the accepted quotation are included in the price.
• Custom decoration themes, flowers, props and materials are subject to availability.
• Reference images are indicative; reasonable variations may occur due to seasonal flowers, materials, venue conditions or supplier availability.
• Any change to the confirmed design or addition of services may affect the price.
• Setup and dismantling must take place within the timings permitted by the venue.
• Special installations and activities require any necessary venue approvals.

10. Damage and Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details and complying with venue rules.
• Customers may be held responsible for damage caused by themselves or their guests, subject to evidence, applicable law and the venue’s reasonable damage-assessment process.
• Any damage charges must be supported by an appropriate explanation or assessment.
• Customers must communicate special requirements, accessibility needs and relevant event arrangements in advance.

11. Unforeseen Circumstances

If severe weather, government restrictions, safety issues, venue closure or another event beyond reasonable control affects the booking, the parties will discuss feasible alternatives, including rescheduling or refunds.

Any deductions or retained amounts must be consistent with the agreed terms, reasonable costs and applicable law. No provision in this section removes rights that customers have under applicable law.

12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Customers should contact Anil Events Bangalore promptly if they have concerns about a booking or service. We will review the issue and work with the relevant provider where appropriate.

Nothing in these terms prevents a customer from exercising their statutory rights or seeking remedies available under Indian law.
