Terms & Conditions – Anil Events Bangalore

These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and provision of event decoration and related services by Anil Events Bangalore. By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to the following terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
• Availability of dates, decoration materials, equipment and staff is subject to confirmation by Anil Events.
• Verbal discussions or quotations do not constitute a confirmed booking until payment and confirmation are received.

2. Payment Terms

• An advance payment is required to reserve the event date and commence arrangements.
• The remaining balance must be paid within the agreed timeframe, preferably before completion of the setup or commencement of the event.
• Any additional services or items requested after confirmation will be charged separately.

3. Decoration Design & Changes

• Decoration images shown on the website, social media or quotation may be reference images and the final setup may vary depending on the venue, available space, materials and practical requirements.
• Minor changes may be made by Anil Events when necessary to ensure safety, stability or suitability at the venue.
• Significant changes requested by the customer after confirmation may result in additional charges.

4. Customer & Venue Requirements

The customer must ensure:

• Adequate space is available for installation and decoration.
• Continuous electrical power supply is available where required.
• A suitable ladder or other venue-approved access equipment is provided if required and agreed in advance.
• The venue permits the proposed decoration, lighting, structures and installation methods.
• Sufficient setup time is provided before the event.
• Any venue permissions, entry passes, parking arrangements and related charges are arranged by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Venue Restrictions

Anil Events is not responsible for delays or inability to install decorations caused by:

• Venue restrictions or management instructions
• Late access to the venue
• Insufficient setup time
• Power failure or electrical limitations
• Restrictions on drilling, fixing, hanging or attaching decorations
• Unexpected changes in venue layout or availability.

6. Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Extra decoration items or upgraded materials
• Additional setup or dismantling time
• Additional transportation
• Difficult-access venues
• Additional manpower
• Venue-related charges
• Overtime caused by circumstances outside Anil Events’ control.

Any additional charges will be communicated to the customer wherever reasonably possible before the additional service is provided.

7. Safety & Property

• Anil Events will take reasonable care while installing and dismantling decorations.
• The customer must disclose any venue restrictions, fragile property, electrical limitations or other relevant safety concerns before installation.
• Anil Events shall not be responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing structural defects, unsafe venue conditions or instructions imposed by the venue/customer.

8. Event Delays

If the event or venue access is delayed for reasons attributable to the customer or venue, additional manpower, waiting-time or operational charges may apply.

9. Weather & Outdoor Events

For outdoor events, the customer is responsible for providing suitable protection against rain, strong wind, extreme weather or other environmental conditions where required. Anil Events may modify, relocate or remove certain decorations if weather or venue conditions create a safety risk.

10. Photographs & Portfolio

Anil Events may photograph completed decorations for portfolio, website, advertising and social-media purposes, subject to applicable privacy requirements. Customers who do not wish their event setup to be used for promotional purposes should inform Anil Events in writing before the event.

11. Unforeseen Circumstances

Anil Events will make reasonable efforts to fulfil confirmed bookings. However, the company shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, venue closure, transportation disruption, accidents, strikes or other force majeure events.

12. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation, postponement and refund requests will be handled according to the Anil Events Cancellation & Refund Policy applicable to the booking.

13. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing accurate event information, including:

• Event date and timings
• Venue address
• Guest requirements
• Decoration requirements
• Venue restrictions
• Setup and dismantling schedules.

Any incorrect or incomplete information may affect the execution of the service.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By making an advance payment or confirming a booking with Anil Events Bangalore, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
