Terms & Conditions / Important Information

Customer Requirements

• A continuous power supply must be available at the venue to ensure the decoration setup is completed on time.
• A ladder should be provided by the customer if required for installation at the venue.
• Adequate setup time must be provided before the event to allow our team to complete the decoration properly.
• The customer is responsible for obtaining any venue permissions, copyrights, licenses or other authorizations required for the decoration or event.
• Any custom names, messages, logos, photographs or text required for the decoration must be provided by the customer before setup begins.
• A cake table and tablecloth must be arranged by the customer unless specifically included in the selected package.

Decoration & Pricing

• Decoration colours can be customised according to the customer’s preference, subject to material availability.
• Final pricing may vary depending on venue dimensions, hall width and length, design complexity, decoration requirements and selected materials.
• Decorations can be customised for different occasions based on the selected design and package.
• Fresh flower availability is subject to seasonal availability. If a particular flower is unavailable, a suitable alternative may be used after discussing it with the customer.
• Transportation charges are not included in the package price unless specifically mentioned.

Payment & Cancellation

• A 50% advance payment is required once the decoration design, requirements and pricing have been mutually agreed upon.
• The remaining balance must be paid as mutually agreed, either before or upon completion of the decoration.
• Advance payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the booking.

Setup & Dismantling

• The customer must ensure sufficient venue access and setup time for the decoration team.
• Cleaning of the premises and disposal of decoration-related waste or garbage after dismantling are not included unless specifically agreed upon.
• Stage, carpet, chairs and tables are not included in the decoration package unless specifically mentioned in the selected package.

Decoration images shown on our website, social media or reference photographs are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations may occur depending on the venue size, dimensions, material availability, seasonal flower availability, lighting conditions, design requirements and actual site conditions.

Anil Events Bangalore reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions or modifications while maintaining the overall look and quality of the selected decoration.
