Terms and Conditions

• Booking & Advance Payment: Bookings must be reserved at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to guarantee setup slot availability. A non-refundable advance deposit (30% to 50% of the total quote) is required at the time of booking to secure materials and scheduling.

• Payment Clearance: The remaining balance must be paid in full immediately upon completion of the balloon decor setup on the event date before the function begins.

• Setup Access & Timing: The client must provide clear access to the home setup area at least 1.5 to 2 hours prior to the event start time. Continuous access to a functional electrical outlet is required for electric balloon pumps.

• Color Customization & Lighting: Color blocks and shades can be customized upon request. Minor variations in balloon color shades may occur due to room lighting, room background colors, or camera lighting.

• Wall Care & Property Rights: Safe adhesive tapes and temporary hooks are used to secure the balloon arch around curtain rods or doorways. Clients are responsible for ensuring permissions from apartment authorities or landlords. Anil Events is not liable for pre-existing wall paint damage or weak plaster.

• Rescheduling & Cancellation: Rescheduling is subject to available calendar slots. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will result in forfeiture of the advance deposit to cover prep work and balloon materials.

• Indoor vs. Outdoor Setting: Indoor balloon arches maintain optimal shape and shine for many hours. If setups are placed near open windows, balconies, or direct sunlight, ambient heat and wind draft may impact balloon longevity or cause popping.
