Terms and Conditions

• Booking & Advance Payment: All event bookings must be confirmed at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. A non-refundable advance deposit (30% to 50% of the total quote) is required to lock in your event date and slot.

• Payment Clearance: The remaining balance must be cleared immediately upon completion of the setup on the day of the event (before the party begins).

• Setup Access & Electricity Requirements: The client must ensure open access to the setup location at least 1.5 to 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. The venue must provide a functional electrical outlet for balloon inflators.

• Customization & Color Disclaimer: Balloon colors, arrangements, and banner text are customized as per customer request. Minor variations in balloon shades may occur depending on room lighting, background wall color, or camera angles.

• Venue Permissions & Wall Care: Clients are responsible for securing necessary setup approvals from venue managers, banquets, or apartment association authorities. Anil Events uses surface-safe tape and hooks, but is not liable for pre-existing wall damage, loose paint, or venue restrictions.

• Rescheduling & Cancellation: Rescheduling requests are subject to slot availability. In the event of a cancellation made less than 24 hours before the event, the advance deposit will be forfeited to cover material and preparation costs.

• Outdoor Setup Risks: For outdoor or semi-outdoor venues, balloons are exposed to environmental factors (direct heat, sunlight, sharp wind). Anil Events cannot guarantee balloon longevity outdoors as inflation changes can cause popping or deflating.
