Terms and Conditions

• Booking & Advance Payment: All home decoration bookings must be reserved at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. A non-refundable advance deposit (30% to 50% of the total quote) is required upon confirmation to lock in your date, time slot, and materials.

• Payment Clearance: The remaining balance must be paid in full immediately upon completion of the balloon decor setup on the event date before the party begins.

• Setup Access & Timing: Clients must provide open access to the home or setup space at least 1.5 to 2 hours prior to the event. A functional electrical outlet near the setup area is required for electric balloon inflators.

• Wall Care & Damage Policy: Anil Events uses damage-free removable tapes and temporary hooks to secure wall setups and balloon arches. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary setup permissions from house owners or apartment management. Anil Events is not liable for pre-existing wall paint damage, weak plaster, or fragile wallpaper.

• Prop Rental & Return: Decorative elements such as character cutouts, pinwheels, backdrop frames, and lighting accessories are provided on a temporary rental basis and will be collected after the event. Any structural damage, tearing, or loss of rental props caused during the event will incur replacement or repair charges.

• Rescheduling & Cancellation: Rescheduling is subject to calendar slot availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will result in forfeiture of the advance deposit to cover prep work, theme-specific materials, and transport costs.

• Indoor & Environmental Disclaimer: Balloon setups and LED floor decorations perform best in climate-controlled indoor spaces. Placing setups near open windows, balconies, direct sunlight, or near high heat/AC draft sources may affect balloon shine and longevity or cause unexpected popping.
