Terms & Conditions / Important Information

Customer Requirements

• A continuous power supply must be available at the venue to ensure the decoration can be completed on time.
• A ladder should be provided by the customer if required for installation at the venue.
• Sufficient setup time must be provided before the event to complete the decoration properly.
• The customer is responsible for providing any required permissions, copyrights, licenses or authorizations necessary for the decoration or event.
• Any custom messages, names, logos or text required for the decoration must be provided by the customer before setup begins.
• A cake table and table cloth must be arranged by the customer unless specifically included in the selected package.

Decoration & Pricing

• Colours can be customized according to the customer’s preference, subject to material availability.
• The final price may vary depending on the venue dimensions, hall width, hall length, decoration requirements and design selected.
• The decoration can be customized to suit different occasions, subject to the selected design and package.
• Flower availability depends on seasonal availability. If a particular flower is unavailable, a suitable alternative may be used after discussion with the customer.
• Transportation charges are not included in the package price unless specifically mentioned.

Payment & Cancellation

• A 50% advance payment is required after the decoration design, requirements and pricing have been mutually agreed upon.
• The remaining balance should be paid as agreed before or upon completion of the decoration.
• Advance payments are non-refundable if the event is cancelled, unless otherwise agreed in writing before booking.

Setup & Dismantling

• The customer must ensure that sufficient access and setup time are available at the venue.
• After the decoration is dismantled, cleaning of the premises and disposal of decoration-related waste/garbage are not included in our service unless specifically agreed upon.
• The decoration package does not include stage, carpet, chairs or tables unless these items are specifically mentioned in the selected package.

Decoration shown in reference photographs may have minor variations depending on venue size, dimensions, material availability, seasonal flower availability, lighting and site conditions.
