By booking the Royal Blue and Gold 12th Birthday Theme Decoration with Anil Events Bangalore, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking Confirmation
The booking is confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment. Enquiries, quotations and verbal discussions do not reserve the event date.
2. Payment Terms
The remaining balance must be paid before installation begins or according to the payment schedule mentioned in the quotation. Delayed payment may affect the setup or completion time.
3. Decoration Inclusions
Only the items and services specifically mentioned in the approved quotation are included. Additional balloons, flowers, props, furniture, lighting, entertainment or other requirements will be charged separately.
4. Design and Colour Variation
Reference photographs are provided for design guidance only. The final setup may vary slightly depending on venue dimensions, material availability and lighting conditions. Minor variations in blue, gold, metallic and printed colours will not be considered defects.
5. Personalised Details
The customer must provide the correct name, age, photograph, spelling and other personalised information within the requested time. Anil Events Bangalore will not be responsible for errors in information approved or supplied by the customer.
6. Balloons and Decorative Materials
Balloons may naturally shrink, burst or change appearance due to heat, wind, sharp objects, handling or weather conditions. Once the completed setup has been handed over, damage caused by guests, children, venue staff or third parties will not be covered.
7. Design Changes
Changes requested after confirmation may be subject to material availability and additional charges. Major last-minute changes may not be possible.
8. Venue Access
The customer must provide sufficient and timely access for unloading, installation and dismantling. Delays caused by the venue, security team, other vendors or customer-side arrangements may affect completion.
9. Venue Permissions and Facilities
The customer is responsible for obtaining all required permissions from the venue or apartment association. Parking, loading access, electricity and adequate working space must be provided.
10. Installation Restrictions
The customer must inform us about restrictions related to drilling, taping, tying or attaching decoration to walls, ceilings and floors. Additional support structures required because of venue restrictions may involve extra charges.
11. Outdoor Decorations
Outdoor installations may be affected by rain, strong wind, direct sunlight or other weather conditions. Reasonable precautions will be taken, but protection against severe weather cannot be guaranteed.
12. Rental Items
Backdrop frames, artificial flowers, lights, furniture, cake stands, pedestals and reusable props remain the property of Anil Events Bangalore. The customer is responsible for loss, theft or damage occurring during the event.
13. Cake and Personal Belongings
Our team is not responsible for damage to cakes, gifts, return gifts, electronic equipment or personal belongings placed on or near the decoration after setup completion.
14. Cancellation and Rescheduling
The booking advance is generally non-refundable because materials, labour and the event date are reserved in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional charges. Terms stated in the approved quotation will take priority.
15. Photography and Promotion
Anil Events Bangalore may photograph or record the completed decoration for its website, portfolio and social-media pages. Customers requiring privacy must inform us in writing before the event.
16. Unforeseen Circumstances
Anil Events Bangalore will not be responsible for delays or incomplete work caused by traffic disruption, venue restrictions, power failure, severe weather, government restrictions, accidents or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
17. Customer Approval
Before making the advance payment, the customer must verify the event date, time, venue, theme, spelling, decoration inclusions and total price.
18. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of the booking advance confirms that the customer has read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions along with the approved quotation.
