Terms and Conditions – Baby Shower Decoration

By booking Baby Shower Decoration in Bangalore with Anil Events Bangalore, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation

The event date will be reserved only after receiving the agreed advance payment. Enquiries, quotations and verbal discussions do not constitute a confirmed booking.

2. Payment Terms

The remaining balance must be paid before installation begins or according to the payment schedule mentioned in the approved quotation. Delayed payment may affect installation or completion.

3. Package Inclusions

Only the items and services specifically mentioned in the approved quotation are included. Flowers, balloons, seating, lighting, welcome boards, photography, sound systems, entrance decoration and other services are chargeable unless included in writing.

4. Theme and Design Approval

The customer must approve the theme, colours, backdrop, seating and other major design elements before materials are arranged. Significant changes requested after approval may involve additional charges.

5. Reference Images

Reference photographs are provided for design guidance only. The completed decoration may vary depending on venue dimensions, material availability, lighting conditions, selected package and installation requirements.

6. Customisation

Names, messages, colour combinations and other personalised details must be provided accurately before the specified deadline. Anil Events Bangalore will not be responsible for errors in information supplied or approved by the customer.

7. Fresh-Flower Variations

Fresh flowers are seasonal products and may vary in colour, size, variety and appearance. If a selected flower is unavailable, a suitable alternative of similar appearance or value may be used.

8. Natural Materials

Banana leaves, coconut leaves, mango leaves and other natural materials may differ in colour, shape, size and texture. Minor drying, folding or colour changes are natural and will not be treated as defects.

9. Balloon Decoration

Balloon colours and shades may vary slightly from digital images or reference photographs. Balloons may occasionally deflate or burst due to heat, wind, sharp objects, venue conditions or guest handling.

10. Venue Measurements and Details

The customer must provide accurate venue measurements, photographs, address, floor details and installation restrictions. Additional work caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged separately.

11. Venue Permission

The customer is responsible for obtaining permission from the venue, apartment association, hotel, property owner, security team or relevant authority before installation.

12. Installation Access

The customer must provide timely access for unloading, installation and dismantling. Delays caused by security restrictions, unavailable lifts, parking issues, other vendors or venue management may affect completion.

13. Fixing Restrictions

The customer must inform us in advance if drilling, taping, tying or attaching materials to walls, ceilings, floors or doors is prohibited. Freestanding structures or alternative installation methods may incur additional charges.

14. Safety

Decorations must not obstruct staircases, lifts, emergency exits, fire-safety equipment or public movement. Anil Events Bangalore may modify the layout when necessary to maintain safety.

15. Electrical Supply

The customer or venue must provide a safe and sufficient electrical connection for decorative lighting and equipment. Generator or additional power arrangements will be charged separately unless included.

16. Outdoor Events

Outdoor decorations are subject to weather conditions. Rain, wind, excessive heat and other natural conditions may affect flowers, balloons, fabrics, lighting and structures. Weatherproofing or backup arrangements must be agreed upon separately.

17. Additional Requirements

Any item, service, labour or material requested beyond the approved quotation will be charged additionally and supplied subject to availability.

18. Damage or Loss

The customer is responsible for loss, theft, misuse or damage to rented decorative items, furniture, props, lights and equipment caused by guests, children, venue staff or other vendors. Repair or replacement charges may apply.

19. Event Timing

The booking applies only to the date and timings stated in the quotation. Extended usage, delayed programmes, overnight retention or changes in installation and dismantling timings may involve additional charges.

20. Cancellation and Postponement

Advance payments are generally non-refundable because materials, labour and the event date are reserved after confirmation. Postponement or date changes are subject to team and material availability and may involve additional charges.

21. Force Majeure

Anil Events Bangalore will not be responsible for delays or non-performance caused by severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, accidents, venue closure, power failure, natural disasters or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

22. Photography and Promotional Use

Anil Events Bangalore may photograph or record the completed decoration for its website, portfolio and social media. Customers who do not permit promotional use must inform us in writing before the event.

23. Final Acceptance

Once installation is completed, the customer or authorised representative must inspect the decoration. Any concern should be reported immediately so that reasonable corrections can be attempted before the event begins.

24. Acceptance of Terms

Payment of the booking advance confirms that the customer has read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and the details mentioned in the approved quotation.
