Green Leaf Chappara / Hasiru Hasana Decoration – Terms & Conditions
- Booking: The event date is confirmed after Anil Events Bangalore accepts the booking and receives the agreed advance payment.
- Design: The final chappara design, dimensions, location and included decorations will be recorded in the quotation. Changes requested later may affect the price.
- Natural materials: Leaves and flowers may vary slightly in shade, size and appearance according to seasonal availability. Suitable alternatives will be discussed if a specified material is unavailable.
- Venue access: The customer must arrange timely access to the venue and any required permission from the property owner, apartment association or venue management.
- Installation: A safe, suitable space is required for the chappara. If the site conditions differ from those shared before booking, additional materials or labour may be charged after discussion with the customer.
- Weather: For outdoor installations, rain or strong wind may affect natural materials and installation safety. Any required changes to the setup will be discussed with the customer.
- Damage and removal: Rental frames and other reusable items remain the property of Anil Events Bangalore. Damage or loss after handover may be charged. Removal timing will be agreed before the event.
- Balance payment: The remaining amount must be paid according to the schedule stated in the quotation.
- Cancellation or postponement: Any refund, credit or date change is subject to the cancellation terms stated in the confirmed quotation.
The confirmed quotation takes precedence for the exact design, inclusions, payment schedule and event-specific terms.
