Terms and Conditions

• Booking & Advance Payment: All home setup bookings must be reserved at least 24 to 48 hours prior to the event date. A non-refundable deposit (30% to 50% of the total quote) is required upon booking to confirm your time slot and materials.

• Payment Terms: The remaining balance must be paid in full immediately upon completion of the decor setup on the day of the event (prior to the event start).

• Setup Requirements & Access: The client must ensure open access to the living room or home setup space at least 2 hours before the party starts. The venue must provide a continuous electrical outlet for balloon pumps and fairy light setups.

• Property Care & Wall Safety: Anil Events uses damage-free tapes and temporary hooks for curtain backdrops and balloon arches. Clients must secure necessary permissions for setup in rented apartments or societies. Anil Events is not liable for pre-existing wall paint damage.

• Prop Rental & Damage Policy: Decorative items such as cylinder cake plinths, gold trunks, birdcages, and backdrop frames are provided on a rental basis and will be collected after the event. Any structural damage or loss of props caused during the event will incur repair or replacement charges.

• Cancellation & Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to calendar slot availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date will result in forfeiture of the advance deposit to cover customized props and prep work.

• Indoor & Outdoor Disclaimer: Balloon arches and fairy lights set up indoors will remain intact for extended hours. If moved to balconies, terraces, or outdoor areas, balloon integrity and light stability may be affected by wind, direct sunlight, or heat.
