Terms and Conditions – Basic Chappara Decoration with Marigold Flowers

By booking the Basic Chappara Decoration with Marigold Flowers from Anil Events Bangalore, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

The event date will be reserved only after receiving the agreed advance payment. Enquiries, quotations, reference images and verbal discussions will not be considered a confirmed booking.

2. Payment Terms

The remaining balance must be paid before installation begins or according to the payment schedule mentioned in the approved quotation.

Delayed payment may affect the installation or completion of the decoration.

3. Package Inclusions

Only the chappara structure, coconut leaves, banana plants, marigold flowers and services specifically mentioned in the approved quotation are included.

Lighting, fabric decoration, welcome boards, pathway decoration, furniture and other services are charged separately unless included in writing.

4. Reference-Image Similarity

Reference photographs are provided for design guidance. The completed decoration may vary due to entrance dimensions, venue conditions, material availability and installation requirements.

An exact replica of the reference image is not guaranteed.

5. Natural Coconut-Leaf Variations

Coconut leaves are natural materials and may vary in colour, size, shape and texture.

Minor tears, folds, marks, drying and colour changes are natural characteristics and will not be considered defects.

6. Banana Plants

The height, width, leaf condition and appearance of banana plants may vary according to market availability.

Minor leaf damage, folds or natural colour variations are normal.

7. Marigold-Flower Availability

Marigold flowers are seasonal products. Their colour, size, freshness and availability may vary depending on the season and market conditions.

Suitable alternative flowers or shades may be used when the requested flowers are unavailable, after informing the customer whenever reasonably possible.

8. Flower Freshness

Fresh flowers naturally dry or change colour over time. Their appearance can be affected by sunlight, heat, wind, rain and the duration of the event.

Anil Events Bangalore is not responsible for natural deterioration after installation.

9. Design Approval and Changes

The customer must approve the design, dimensions, flower colours and important decorative elements before materials are arranged.

Changes requested after approval are subject to availability and may involve additional material, labour and transportation charges.

10. Venue Measurements

The customer must provide accurate entrance measurements, photographs, location details and information about venue restrictions.

Any additional work or materials required because of inaccurate or incomplete information will be charged separately.

11. Venue Permission

The customer is responsible for obtaining permission from the property owner, apartment association, venue management, security team or relevant authority before installation.

12. Setup Time and Access

The customer must provide sufficient setup time and uninterrupted access for unloading, installation and dismantling.

Delays caused by security restrictions, parking problems, unavailable lifts, other vendors or restricted access may affect completion and can result in additional charges.

13. Installation Restrictions

The customer must inform Anil Events Bangalore in advance if drilling, taping, tying or attaching materials to walls, gates, ceilings, floors or other structures is prohibited.

Any freestanding frame or additional support required because of venue restrictions will be charged separately.

14. Safety and Movement

The chappara must not block staircases, lifts, emergency exits, fire-safety equipment, public roads or residents’ movement.

The design or placement may be adjusted when necessary for safety or to comply with venue rules.

15. Electricity and Lighting

Electricity and decorative lighting are not included in the basic package unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.

When lighting is included, the customer must provide a safe and continuous electricity supply.

16. Outdoor Decoration and Weather

The customer must arrange suitable protection for outdoor decorations from rain, strong wind and extreme weather.

Anil Events Bangalore is not responsible for damage, delays or design changes caused by weather conditions. Emergency reinforcement or relocation may involve extra charges.

17. Transportation Charges

Transportation, loading, unloading, toll, parking and outstation charges are not included unless specifically mentioned in the approved quotation.

18. Rental Materials

Frames, support structures, artificial flowers, accessories and other reusable items remain the property of Anil Events Bangalore and are provided only on a rental basis.

19. Damage or Loss

The customer is responsible for the loss, theft or damage of rental materials after installation and until dismantling.

Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the customer.

20. Additional Requirements

Any item or service requested after the quotation has been approved will be treated as an additional requirement and charged separately.

Availability of last-minute additions cannot be guaranteed.

21. Cancellation and Advance Payment

The advance payment is non-refundable because the event date, labour and materials are reserved after booking.

If the event is postponed, transferring the advance to another date will depend on availability and written approval from Anil Events Bangalore.

22. Event-Date Changes

Any change to the event date, time or venue must be communicated as early as possible.

Additional transportation, labour or material costs resulting from these changes will be charged separately.

23. Installation Completion

The customer or an authorised representative must inspect the decoration after completion and report any reasonable correction before the event begins.

Requests made after the function has started may not be possible to accommodate.

24. Photography and Promotion

Anil Events Bangalore may photograph or record the completed decoration for its website, portfolio and social-media promotion without revealing the customer’s private information.

Customers who do not want the decoration photographed or published must inform us in writing before installation.

25. Force Majeure

Anil Events Bangalore will not be responsible for delays, changes or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, road closures, transport disruption or emergencies.

26. Acceptance of Terms

Payment of the booking advance confirms that the customer has read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

Anil Events Bangalore reserves the right to update these terms and conditions when required.
