• Seamless Booking & Advance Payment: Secure your event date with a 50% advance payment upon mutual agreement. The remaining 50% balance is payable immediately after setup completion.

• Tailored Setup & Venue Dimensions: Pricing is flexible and scaled according to your venue’s specific length, width, and space requirements to ensure a perfect fit.

• On-Site Logistics & Access: To help us deliver a flawless execution on time, please ensure adequate setup access hours prior to your event, as well as access to a ladder and water on-site if required for installation.

• Permissions & Authorizations: To avoid any event day disruptions, clients are requested to secure all necessary venue permissions, society approvals, and administrative authorizations prior to decoration time.

• Hassle-Free Cancellation & Refunds: We offer flexible cancellation policies for your peace of mind:

  • 10+ Days Notice: 100% full refund of your advance.

  • Up to 24 Hours Notice: 50% refund of your advance.

  • Same-Day Cancellation: Non-refundable due to reserved materials and scheduling.

• Package Inclusions & Exclusions: Decor packages are focused on backdrop, entrance, and floral/balloon setups. Stage structures, carpets, tables, chairs, and site-to-site transportation fees are billed separately.

• Fresh Seasonal Floral Care: We use the freshest blooms available. Because natural flower availability varies by season, equivalent premium floral substitutes of matching value and aesthetics will be used if needed.

• Post-Event Care & Cleaning: While our team carefully installs and dismantles all decor items, general venue cleaning and trash disposal remain the responsibility of the client or venue staff.

• Versatile Theme Customization: Every design can be customized to complement any celebration—making it an ideal choice for Sangeet, Engagement, Reception, Wedding, and Milestone parties!
