Terms and Conditions

• Booking and Confirmation: Bookings must be reserved at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to guarantee slot availability and material setup.

• Payment Terms: A minimum advance payment (typically 30% to 50%) is required upon confirmation, with the remaining balance due immediately upon completion of the setup on the event date.

• Customization and Color Variations: Color options and arch designs can be customized. Actual balloon shades may slightly vary based on indoor lighting and wall backgrounds.

• Setup Requirements: Customers must provide access to the venue at least 1.5 to 2 hours prior to the event time, along with a functional electrical outlet for balloon inflators.

• Venue Restrictions & Damage Policy: Anil Events is not liable for existing wall paint damage caused by temporary tapes/hooks. Customers are responsible for securing necessary permissions from venue managers or housing society authorities.

• Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the event date are subject to a cancellation fee or non-refundable deposit. Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.

• Outdoor Setups: Balloons used outdoors are susceptible to weather conditions (direct sunlight, strong wind, or sharp heat) which may cause them to deflate or pop faster than indoor setups.
