Terms and Conditions – Royal Peach Floral Wedding Mantapa

By booking the Royal Peach Floral Wedding Mantapa with Anil Events Bangalore, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation

The event date will be reserved only after receiving the agreed advance payment. Enquiries, quotations, reference-image discussions and verbal confirmations do not constitute a confirmed booking.

2. Payment Terms

The remaining balance must be paid before installation begins or according to the payment schedule mentioned in the approved quotation. Delayed payment may affect the installation or completion of the decoration.

3. Package Inclusions

The package includes only the items mentioned in the approved quotation, which may include:

• Mandap decoration as shown in the reference image
• Welcome board at the venue entrance
• Approximately 80% similarity to the reference design

Flowers, furniture, lighting and other services are included only when clearly mentioned in writing.

4. Reference-Image Accuracy

The decoration will be created with a target of approximately 80% similarity to the approved reference image.

The final result may vary due to venue dimensions, flower availability, fabric shades, lighting, weather, structural requirements and material availability. An exact replica is not guaranteed.

5. Design Approval

The customer must approve the mantapa design, dimensions, flower combination, fabric colours and major decorative elements before materials are arranged.

Changes requested after approval are subject to availability and may involve additional material, labour and transportation charges.

6. Flower Availability

Fresh flowers are seasonal products. Their variety, colour, size, texture and availability depend on the season and market conditions.

When a requested flower is unavailable, a suitable alternative of similar appearance and value may be used after informing the customer whenever reasonably possible.

7. Natural-Flower Variations

Fresh flowers may have natural differences in colour, shape and size. Minor wilting or colour changes caused by heat, weather, transportation or extended event duration will not be considered defects.

8. Artificial or Mixed Flowers

Premium artificial flowers or a combination of fresh and artificial flowers may be used when specified in the selected package. Minor variations from the reference photograph may occur.

9. Venue Space Requirements

Sufficient space and height must be available for safe installation of the mantapa. The customer must provide accurate venue measurements and clear photographs before booking.

Additional work or materials required because of incorrect measurements or incomplete information will be charged separately.

10. Setup Time and Venue Access

The customer must provide sufficient setup time and uninterrupted access to the venue for unloading, installation and dismantling.

Delays caused by venue restrictions, security clearance, unavailable lifts, parking issues, other vendors or customer-side arrangements may affect completion.

11. Electricity Supply

A continuous and reliable electricity supply must be provided during installation and the event. The customer or venue is responsible for providing safe electrical connection points near the decoration area.

Generators, additional wiring and special lighting arrangements are chargeable unless included in the quotation.

12. Ladder and Installation Equipment

The customer or venue must provide a safe and suitable ladder if required. Any specialised installation equipment arranged by Anil Events Bangalore may involve additional charges.

13. Venue Permissions

The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, copyrights, approvals and authorisations from the venue management, apartment association, property owner or relevant authority.

14. Fixing Restrictions

The customer must inform us in advance if drilling, taping, tying or attaching materials to walls, ceilings, floors or existing structures is prohibited.

Freestanding supports or additional structures required because of venue restrictions will be charged separately.

15. Outdoor Events and Weather

For outdoor installations, the customer must arrange suitable protection from rain, wind, excessive heat and other weather conditions.

Anil Events Bangalore is not responsible for damage, delay or design changes caused by weather. Additional reinforcement, waterproofing or relocation will be charged separately.

16. Exclusions

Unless specifically included in the approved quotation, the package does not include:

• Stage platform
• Carpet
• Chairs, sofas or tables
• Guest-seating arrangements
• Entrance draping
• Pathway decoration
• Sound system
• Special lighting
• Wedding garlands
• Photography or videography

17. Transportation Charges

Transportation, loading, unloading, toll, parking and outstation charges are not included unless specifically mentioned in the approved quotation.

18. Optional Add-ons

Welcome-board upgrades, entrance draping, pathway decoration, floral arches, furniture, lighting and other complementary services can be arranged at an additional cost.

19. Rental Materials

The mantapa structure, artificial flowers, fabrics, furniture, lights and decorative accessories remain the property of Anil Events Bangalore and are provided on a rental basis unless otherwise stated.

20. Damage or Loss

The customer is responsible for loss, theft or damage to rented materials caused by guests, children, venue staff, other vendors or unauthorised persons. Repair or replacement costs will be charged separately.

21. Safety

Guests and children must not climb, pull, move or interfere with the mantapa, fabric, floral arrangements, lighting or rental materials.

Anil Events Bangalore may modify the structure or placement when necessary to maintain safety and comply with venue conditions.

22. Cancellation and Postponement

The booking advance is non-refundable once flowers, materials, labour or transportation have been arranged.

Postponement is subject to availability on the revised date. Any increase in flower prices, labour, transport or venue requirements must be paid by the customer.

23. Photography and Promotional Use

Anil Events Bangalore may photograph or record the completed decoration for its website, portfolio and social-media pages. Customers requiring complete privacy must inform us in writing before the event.

24. Force Majeure

Anil Events Bangalore will not be responsible for delays, modifications or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, transport disruptions, venue closure, natural disasters or emergencies.

25. Final Acceptance

Payment of the booking advance confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the approved quotation, package inclusions, design details, reference-image variation and these terms and conditions.
